What it computes: an indicative AUD range from wall-face area (length × height) multiplied by a per-square-metre rate for your chosen material, plus a buffer for the height band. What it does NOT compute: a fixed price, engineering or certification fees, demolition, or difficult-access costs - those need a site assessment.

The formula: area (m²) = length × height-band multiplier; range = area × material rate band × height-band buffer, rounded to the nearest $100.
